Located in Fort Worth Mellina Animal Hospital is committed to your pet's health. Dr. John Scott Mellina purchased Ward Animal Hospital, which was founded in 1940, in 1980 from Dr. Drew Ward. Mellina Animal Hospital was relocated from Lancaster over to its present location on West Sixth Street in 1986. The staff at Mellina Animal Hospital takes pride in doing their best at offering the best compassionate veterinary care in the Fort Worth area.

Mellina Animal Hospital offers the Fort Worth animal community emergency veterinary services as well as medical, surgical, and dental veterinary care. With an in-house pharmacy and access to specialists and boarding our facility offers a one stop for your pet's health and medical care.
We are open for appointments and emergencies during normal business hours and on Saturdays.
